We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Hose Assembly Technician to join our branch team. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality products and service to our customers.

You will become proficient in all aspects of manufacturing customer-specific hose assemblies and related products, including testing and certification. Work will be carried out both in the branch workshop and occasionally on customer sites.

What does your day look like:

• Manufacturing and repairing hose assemblies to the required standards and timeframes
• Inspecting and testing assemblies to specification, with accurate data entry into the Exaro database
• Maintaining high-quality workshop standards across all products and services
• Assisting with checking, packing, and dispatching sales orders
• Supporting the Site Services team with testing and installation work as required

Who are you?

• Experience in hose assembly, hydraulics, mechanical fitting, or a similar workshop environment (1–2 years preferred)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to assemble, repair, and test hydraulic/industrial hose assemblies to specification
• Familiar with workshop tools, crimping machines, and pressure testing equipment
• Committed to workplace safety and quality standards
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Good time management skills with a reliable, can-do attitude
• Desirable: Forklift License, White Card (for site work), Industry experience in hydraulics or industrial products
