A Dow possui uma oportunidade para atuar como  Técnico de Controle de Processo Júnior, localizado em Breu Branco - PA (BRA).

Responsabilidades:

• Cumprir as atividades e trabalhos rotineiros estabelecidos na MTL e pelos líderes durante o turno;

• Atender as metas estabelecidas e alinhadas com a liderança imediata;

• Participar no processo de feedback de desempenho de si próprio (autoavaliação) e dos outros;

• Participar ativamente das trocas de turno, garantindo a acuracidade das informações que ocorreram durante o turno;

• Identificar e trazer as oportunidades encontradas na área, e corretamente reportar através das ferramentas disponibilizadas;

• Completar os treinamentos requeridos pela localidade e função, qualificações, EHS&S, NR's, treinamentos técnicos de processo, leituras essenciais de procedimentos;

• Compreender as responsabilidades da função, ter conhecimento básico do processo de trabalho de manufatura, seguir os processos e procedimentos de trabalho apropriados;

• Utilizar as ferramentas pertinentes às atividades, conhecimento básico do sistema ODMS, MPWP, OPWP;

Requisitos Técnicos:

• Ter no mínimo ensino médio completo – curso técnico completo é um diferencial;

• Completar o treinamento e qualificação como operador e ser aprovado no TRB;

• Ter conhecimento / treinamento de operador em controle de processo;

• Ter conhecimento das análises de processo, procedimentos da qualidade e processo do GMPWP quando aplicável;

• Ter conhecimento básico das manobras de campo;

• Ter conhecimento dos produtos manuseados na planta;

• Ter conhecimento básico dos processos de manutenção;

• Realizar rondas de campo;

• Ter conhecimento básico de troubleshooting da planta;

• Atuar conforme processo de trabalho - disciplina operacional (seguir procedimentos, passagem de turno, propostas de melhorias);
