Summary: As an Application Developer for Salesforce CPQ, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve working with Salesforce CPQ, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering impactful data-driven solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce CPQ solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget. - Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes. - Conduct code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to optimize performance, scalability, and maintainability. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in Salesforce CPQ and related technologies, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in Salesforce CPQ. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. - Strong understanding of Salesforce CPQ architecture, data model, and integration with other systems. - Experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components. - Solid grasp of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce CPQ. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful Salesforce CPQ solutions. - This position is based at our Kolkata office.
