About The Role π€
At Immutable, our mission is to scale the future of player onboarding, discovery, and engagement. Helping more games launch successfully through next-generation monetisation and growth products.
The Lead Recruiter, GTM plays a critical role in this mission by owning and scaling hiring across Immutableβs GTM and commercial functions. Youβll lead end-to-end recruitment for high-impact roles across Sales, Marketing, Growth, Partnerships, Customer, and Strategy, with the flexibility to support technical and corporate hiring as needed.
Partnering closely with senior leaders, this role shapes hiring strategy and workforce planning while delivering predictable, high-quality outcomes in a fast-moving environment. It combines hands-on, agency-level execution with genuine in-house strategic influence, offering clear visibility and measurable impact across the business.
