This is an opportunity to build a rewarding career at Accenture, working at the intersection of banking strategy, business transformation and technology. We are looking for experienced Banking Strategy professionals to join our growing Financial Services team in Finland.

In this role, you will work with leading banks and financial institutions to address their most important business challenges and growth opportunities. You will help clients define and execute strategies that drive growth, improve customer experience, modernize operations and unlock the value of emerging technologies such as AI, data and digital platforms.

You will lead strategic advisory engagements and transformation programs across different banking domains. This may include deeper focus areas such as payments and transaction banking, cash management and liquidity services, core banking modernization, retail and corporate banking operating models, digital channels and customer journeys, or regulatory and risk-driven transformation.

You will also gain access to Accenture’s global Banking & Capital Markets network, world-class thought leadership, industry-leading assets and a broad community of banking, payments and technology professionals across the Nordics and globally.

Qualifications

We are looking for experienced professionals with a strong background in banking, consulting and large-scale transformation programs. You should ideally bring deep expertise in at least one banking domain together with the ability to advise senior stakeholders and lead strategic initiatives from vision through execution.

Responsibilities

• Advise banking executives on business, technology and transformation strategy.
• Lead strategic assessments such as target operating model design, business case development and transformation roadmap creation.
• Help clients navigate industry shifts related to payments modernization, digital banking, AI, data, regulation and platform transformation.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders including executive management and business leadership teams.
• Shape and lead transformation initiatives with multidisciplinary consulting teams and manage complex stakeholder environments across business and technology functions.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable initiatives, delivery plans and measurable outcomes.
• Contribute to sales, proposal work, commercial origination and offering development activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, finance, economics, engineering, technology or another relevant discipline.
• Typically 8–15+ years of experience within banking, strategy consulting, management consulting or transformation leadership roles.
• Strong experience in one or more banking domains
• Proven experience advising senior business stakeholders and influencing strategic decision-making.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation programs, operating model redesign initiatives or business-critical change programs.
• Strong understanding of both business and technology aspects of banking transformation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Finnish and English.
• Resident in Finland.
