Summary: The Project Manager is responsible for end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects for global clients. The role involves managing scope, timelines, cost, quality, and stakeholder expectations while leading cross-functional teams to deliver business value through technology solutions. Supply chain project execution experience Roles & Responsibilities: - Project Planning & Execution • Define project scope, objectives, milestones, and success criteria in alignment with client goals. • Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations. • Ensure timely delivery of project outputs by managing execution across development, testing, and deployment phases. - Stakeholder Management • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, internal stakeholders, and vendors. • Facilitate regular status updates, steering committee meetings, and escalation management. • Manage stakeholder expectations through proactive communication and transparency. - Team Leadership • Lead cross-functional project teams across geographies (onshore/offshore). • Assign tasks, monitor progress, and resolve delivery blockers. • Drive team motivation, collaboration, and accountability. - Risk, Quality & Compliance • Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues. • Ensure adherence to delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and quality assurance practices. • Comply with Accenture's delivery, security, and audit standards. - Budget & Financial Management • Manage project budgets, forecasts, and billing schedules. • Ensure alignment to contractual obligations and deliverables. • Track financial performance and report variances with mitigation actions. - Key Skills & Competencies: • Strong project management and organizational skills • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Experience in Agile/Scrum, PMP, or PRINCE2 methodologies • Proficient in tools like MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, or Clarity Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Project Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Program Control Services. - Strong understanding of project lifecycle management and methodologies. - Ability to utilize project management tools for planning and tracking. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders. Additional Information: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field - Experience delivering projects in Retail, Manufacturing, Supply Chain,  or Cloud environments - Exposure to global delivery models and stakeholder management across time zones
