CACI is seeking a cleared Cyber Security Information System Security Officer (ISSO) to support field units at Charlottesville, VA or Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD or Metro Park (Franconia, VA) .  As the Cyber Security Information Assurance Technician Level II you will be responsible for the Information Assurance program of Information Systems within the network environment.

What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Provide direct support to Army Military Intelligence Cloud Computing Service Provider (AC2SP) Azure Cloud Service Provider (CSP) Risk Management workflow support. 

  • This role would be directed to scope and create the Risk Management Framework (RMF) Body of Evidence (BoE) and develop the authoritative record in the Enterprise Mission Assurance Support System (eMASS). 

  • Leverage processes and eMASS records from other AC2SP environments in order to build out a new package for Azure as a second cloud provider. 

  • Will have expert knowledge in RMF and direct hands on experience administering complex eMASS records.  The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience developing RMF packages for Azure and/or other cloud architectures and is familiar with complex inheritance models intrinsic to complex multi-tenant architectures.

More About The Role:

You will fill the role of Information System Security Officer and perform a variety of security related tasks, including the development and implementation of system information security standards and procedures and ensure that information systems are functional and secure within the environment.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • An active DoD TS/SCI Clearance.

  • BA/BS with 8-15 yrs experience or Associates degree plus 4yrs experience to the base 8-15yrs requirement. Associate Degree plus 4yrs is the equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree. No degree plus 6yrs experience to the base 8-15yrs requirement. 6yrs experience is the equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree.

  • Accrediting and building the body of evidence for a hybrid cloud system from the ground up in eMASS, with preference given to Azure experience.

  • Extensive knowledge of the Certification and Accreditation (C&A) and NIST RMF processes.

  • Experience in audit reduction and review.

  • Experience with Nessus and or ACAS.

  • Operational experience in SIGINT · Understanding of Army baselines.

  • Building and maintaining body of evidence for IATT and  eventual ATO.

  • EMASS experience.

  • Must currently be DoD 8570 Compliant IAW IAT Level II.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$82,100-$172,400
