SUMMARY
Under the direct supervision of the Director of IT, The Helpdesk Technician is responsible for providing support to the operation, integrity, and security of the company’s end-user devices and systems.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
COMPUTER KNOWLEDGE
Evidence of any or all the following certifications is highly desirable:
Microsoft MTA, MCSA and/or MCSE
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
1 CompTIA certification (A+, Network+ or Server+)

While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to work both indoors and outdoors as required by the function. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision to handle contracts, other office correspondence, etc.
