Duties & Responsibilities:

Capture a great opportunity to build your real-world SW Development skills as a Software Engineering Co-op at Viavi Solutions.  Be part of a professional team to design, implement, test and debug SW that validates critical networks worldwide.  Your code may span a range of hardware-interfacing up through the on-board graphical user interface. You may participate in the design and architecture reviews to meet customer needs and future product enhancements.

Pre-Requisites / Skills / Experience Requirements:

Desired Qualifications

• Completion of at least two years of undergraduate education toward a BSEE/BSCE/BSCS

• Demonstrated experience designing, developing, and testing C/C++ (or equivalent OO) software

• Demonstrated knowledge of software engineering design concepts

• Experience in Linux development environment is preferred
