Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Analytics Manager with a specialization in devices analytics to lead our analytics team. The Senior Analytics & Insights Manager will play a critical role in driving data-driven decision-making and optimizing the performance of our device portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analytics, statistical modeling, and data visualization, along with specific experience in analyzing device usage, performance, and customer behavior.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead & Mentor the analytics team in developing and implementing strategies to optimize & improve the performance of our device portfolio. Analyze device usage data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive product improvements and enhancements. Collaborate with product management, engineering, and marketing teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for measuring device performance and customer satisfaction. Develop predictive models and algorithms to forecast device demand, identify potential issues, and recommend proactive solutions. Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to evaluate the impact of new features, promotions, and marketing campaigns on device adoption and usage. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders to inform strategic decision-making. Develop and implement analytical frameworks, methodologies, and best practices to address complex and ambiguous business problems. Communicate and present data findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders and executives in a clear and compelling way. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as engineering, product, marketing, and operations, to align on data needs, requirements, and standards. Identify and prioritize data opportunities and challenges, and proactively propose solutions and improvements. Manage and prioritize devices analytics projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality insights and recommendations. Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance on analytical techniques, best practices, and industry trends. Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends in devices analytics and recommend innovative solutions to enhance analytical capabilities. Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure alignment of devices analytics initiatives with overall business goals and technical infrastructure.
Minimum qualifications:
Master's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Economics, Operations Research, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
10-12 years of work experience using analytics to solve product or business problems, coding (e.g., Python, R, SQL), querying databases or statistical analysis, or 10 years of work experience with a PhD degree.
Preferred qualifications:

6 years of experience as a people manager within a technical leadership role.
Strong proficiency in statistical analysis, data mining, and predictive modeling techniques.
Experience analyzing device usage, performance, and customer behavior data.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, etc.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering actionable insights that drive business results.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
