What are we looking for:

We are looking for someone with strong experience in data operations and CRM uploads, meticulous attention to data accuracy, advanced spreadsheet skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholder requests while prioritising effectively. The ideal candidate is structured, detail focused and confident working with complex datasets.

• Execute high-volume CRM data uploads and manage intake from multiple workstreams.
• Validate, cleanse and audit datasets to ensure accuracy and compliance. Collaborate with workstream leads to resolve issues and define requirements. Maintain clear documentation on templates, procedures and common solutions for consistent data delivery.

Next Generation Customer Operations CRM Applications P3 .
Qualification: High School Diploma GED Any Graduation.
YOE 2 to 3 years.
Lang English C2

Strong skills in data operations, CRM data imports and data quality management. High attention to detail and a structured approach to finding and fixing issues. Advanced spreadsheet abilities for cleaning and transforming datasets. Confident in managing multiple stakeholder requests, prioritising effectively and maintaining clear, accurate documentation. .

What would you do

• Execute high volume CRM data uploads and manage intake from multiple workstreams.
• Validate, cleanse and audit datasets to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with workstream leads to resolve issues and define requirements.
• Maintain clear documentation on templates, procedures and common solutions for consistent data delivery.

This process covers the full lifecycle of CRM data uploads, from receiving requests and reviewing templates to validating, cleansing and preparing files. It ensures accurate mapping, error resolution and controlled execution of uploads. It also includes post upload audits, issue tracking and maintaining clear documentation for consistent delivery.
