Job Summary:
We are currently seeking an Assistant Account Manager to join our Commercial Lines team. In this role, you'll be supporting a Client Account Manager by working closely on client service needs, participating in the renewal preparation process, helping to coordinate Support Specialist duties (certificates of insurance, endorsements, auto identification cards, and the like), as well as navigating carrier websites to obtain needed information.
Qualifications:
Few years of administrative, customer service, or analytical support experience.
Property & Casualty insurance industry experience is strongly preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft programs.
Demonstrated attention to detail, adherence to deadlines, and organizational skills are essential.
