JOB DESCRIPTION:

Major Accountabilities

• 3PL Warehouse & Transport Management Lead which includes capacity planning, RFP for all divisions, contracting, procedure & policy setting upto its implementation, performance management in partnership with QA, CS and Commercial and process/policy compliance audits
• Logistics Operations Excellence Lead by creating an environment for continued high performance, day-to-day guidance on warehouse/transport/VAS operations/T0 & T1 inventory/reverse logistics (or Returned Goods) operations as well as operations/inventory audits
• Importation Lead by overseeing Customs Brokers and Forwarding Companies activities, coordinate risks/claims with global risk management, HS Codes & Tariff market expert
• Cost To Serve Projects Lead which includes all productivity projects on warehousing, transport, importation, reverse logistics with low to high impact ranging from process fine tuning to overall solutions provisioning e.g. VAS re-layout design to transport model change
• Affiliate Coordinator for other division as needed. Represent the affiliate on internal (Abbott) and external (government entities like Bureau of Customs) on customs trade importation and exportation activities and ensure that the company’s registration and license to import with the Bureau of Customs and Bureau of Internal Revenue are in place and renewed every year or as per schedule
