Match Group Legal Ops is dedicated to driving business innovation through legal workflow automation, process improvement, and data analysis. We’re here to enable our lawyers to provide legal advice at scale in areas from commercial agreements to litigation, around the world. As a top, global consumer technology company, we aim to set the standard for a modern Legal team and enable our cross-functional business partners and suppliers to engage with us in a modern, seamless way.
We’ve set the technical foundation for our Legal team and are excited to continue expanding to simplify the work of our lawyers. We’re looking for a Legal Operations Specialist to jump in and learn about our legal practice areas and their technology tools, become an expert in our legal systems, use data to identify new opportunities, and communicate to make them happen. You’ll report to our Director, Legal Operations and will be able to grow professionally as we branch out into new areas.
This role is ideal for someone building their career in Legal Ops who wants broad exposure to different practice areas and hands-on learning.
When it comes to dating, the connection starts online, but the real magic happens once you meet in real life (IRL). We think the same is true for creating the best platforms, so we work together IRL in-office 3 days/week. This role can be based in Dallas, West Hollywood, New York, San Francisco, Palo Alto, Vancouver, Dublin, or Paris; fully remote applicants will not be considered.
