The Position:
The EMI Program Manager will ensure proper administration and facilitation of student participation and completion of course offerings through the Environmental Management Institute at Ivy Tech Community College, Indianapolis.

Responsibilities:

  • Regulatory Agency Course Notifications
  • Planning and Scheduling of class offerings
  • EMI Class Administration
  • Assistance to Workforce Program Managers
  • Customer Advisement on Rules and Regulations
  • Maintain records of projects and other student/employer information in customer (CRM) and student management system (e.g. Salesforce, Banner, contract CSM) to track and provide reports in a timely manner; including grades and certifications earned.

  • Associate's Degree, Bachelor's preferred.
  • A minimum of three (3) years related experience in business, industry, training, or a related activity with financial acumen.
  • Participate in training and professional development as needed.
  • Must have two (2) years of supervisory experience.
  • Must have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
