What would you do? You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions. • The Record to Report team helps clients and organizations in their operational efficiency and balance sheet integrity, cuts time to close and safeguards compliance with regulatory requirements. • The areas where this team s expertise lies is in posting journal entries, preparing balance sheet reconciliations, reviewing entries and reconciliations, preparing cash forecasting statement, supporting month end closing, preparing reports and supports in audits.
What are we looking for? Excellent Accounting knowledge Good prior experience in Manual Journal Entry creation & posting Experienced in Intercompany Account postings and reconciliation Experianced in Fixed Asset Accounting Experienced in praparation & review of Balance Sheet reconciliations Experienced in praparation & review of Bank reconciliations Experienced in praparation of subledger/system reconciliations Strong experience in performing RTR month end close activities including closure of books Accouting Knowledge and experience of Forex Revaluations Experienced in Financial Consolidation & Close Operations Excellent Accounting knowledge Good anlaytical skills and logical reasoning Good Written Communication Good Verbal Communication Skills Good hands on experience in MS Excel Ready to work in night shifts Experienced in P&L review, reporting & commentary Understanding of RPAs Knowledge of current technologies in RTR domain Prior experience in RTR Tranformation/improvement initiatives
Roles and Responsibilities: Segment Accounting o Perform and post entries Intercompany Allocations o Prepare & Post MJEs, prepare reconciliations and respective reports (including for areas like Premium Accounting) o Perform Management Allocations (E.g. Segment Allocations) o Perform analysis, create reports, identify and post close and non-close adjustment entries (including areas like Non-Operating & operating Revenue accounting) o Perform Weekly / Monthly Close activities including Sales, Margin, Reporting
