Responsibilities:

  • Lead the DEWALT Marketing team
  • Responsibility to achieve Sales & Margin targets for all product groups across the brands DEWALT, LENNOX & BOSTITCH
  • Development of sell-in activities in close collaboration with the sales & KAM teams to secure growth & generate ROI
  • Develop and implement local product launch strategies and plans incl. pricing based on the European brand & product guidelines
  • Portfolio Management of product categories by developing and executing category programs, sell-in promotions/campaigns and managing pricing and margin development
  • Be the counterpart to Sales leads and establish “single points of contact” for sales team by developing a channel marketing approach & concept
  • Develop strong customer relationships with focus accounts
  • Continuously analyze the market & competition to identify new trends, technologies, promotional activities to develop and implement marketing activities to strategically develop all relevant sales channels

Main Interfaces:

  • Close collaboration with central Product Management & Product Commercialisation teams as well as Sales / KAM leads to integrate NPI and strategic goals into annual customer activation plans by developing appropriate activation concepts
  • Work very close with the local marketing teams to create impactful marketing plans

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Commercial (Marketing and/or sales) related university degree
  • Marketing and / or sales related experience & strong commercial background
  • > 5 years experience in the power tool industry + first leadership experience
  • Ability to develop comprehensive strategies & business cases and present them towards local and European leadership teams
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
  • Analytical background and fun in translating insights into innovative ideas and concrete actions to generate growth.
  • Experience of working in an international, highly matrixed & fast-paced environment
  • Business fluent German and English skills (written and spoken)
