As a manager with us in HR, you'll have the responsibility to lead organizations through assessment, design, transition, work process improvements, or working directly with a function. This is not your typical HR work – you will have truly important work from Day One.

As a strategic partner, the HR Manager works with business leaders to hire the right people, build business strategies, deploy them to the organization, and build the environment and systems needed to support their delivery. Overall, we want people who aren't afraid to take smart risks and innovate in partnership with business leaders.
Our assignments offer you the opportunity to make an immediate impact on the business while you continue to build your analytical, technical, and leadership skills. You will work as the leader on a team with representatives from various other functions. You will play a role in setting strategy, decision-making, business planning, and analysis across all aspects of the business.
Your success would be based on operational and project work you're doing, which would be reviewed on a quarterly basis. Your manager would provide full-support through continuous mentoring and coaching.
Be a Business Partner with business leaders to hire the top talents and co-create strategies/plans together to achieve business goals. Be able to identify organization losses (capability/culture) and develop capability building/ skill improvement plan, and lead organization culture and execute organization drumbeat with perfection. Provide HR fundamental support and operational excellency to serve the organization e.g. Talent Practice, Policy Guidance, C&B principle, Employee Relation, etc. Master HR Analytics data and Operations Management.
