Position Responsibilities:

  •   Provide dedicated support to drive sales for brokerage insurance channel

  • Work closely with business partners to implement effective sales planning and tactics to achieve portfolio sales goals

  • Provide comprehensive wealth planning services for clients, understand their wealth needs and provide holistic solutions

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and improve overall customer experience

  • Strictly adhere to internal and regulatory guidelines and requirements while fulfilling business tasks

  • Provide timely updates to management on sales performance

  • Coordinate and organize training and coaching to support partners in delivery of insurance products to better customer experience and relationship

  • Promote and build the brand and image

Required Qualifications:

  • University degree holder preferred

  • Minimum of 1 year proven experience in business development, client servicing or distribution support within life insurance or banking industry

  • Currently holding appropriate licenses under AMCM in conducting life insurance business, or passed IIQE

  • Solid knowledge in life insurance products

  • Strong coaching skills and business acumen

  • Good command of spoken and written Chinese (including Mandarin) and English

  • Conversant in PC skills (including Excel and PowerPoint)

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Immediate available preferred
