Reporting to the Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis, the Analyst plays a crucial role in preparing various financial information published to the market and provided to senior management. This corporate role offers excellent visibility into the company's objectives and challenges. You will interact with employees at all levels and prepare analyses that will influence senior management decisions. Microsoft Office and Oracle will be your primary tools. Outside of the quarterly reporting periods, the FP&A team also actively participates in the transformation and continuous improvement processes of the corporate finance function.
Based in Montréal headquarters, you will work within a team of six people who are committed to creating a high-performance and friendly work environment. In a hybrid work format, the FP&A team meets in person two to three times per week. This role is perfect for an ambitious early-career professional eager to explore different departments and operational areas at AtkinsRéalis. You'll hone your critical thinking and analytical skills through report preparation, laying a strong foundation for rapid career advancement within our team or across the broader organization.
