This position will be in Bangalore/Chennai/Hyderabad at our India location.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

·       Lead enterprise-wide transformation programs focused on automation, digitization, and global process standardization, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy.

·       Drive implementation of emerging technologies (e.g., RPA, AI, advanced analytics) to strengthen financial controls, optimize workflows, and enable scalable operations.

·       Serve as the SME for global finance systems and transformation, advising leadership on opportunities for innovation and long-term modernization.

·       Influence and align executive and cross-functional stakeholders by communicating strategic priorities, risks, and benefits of transformation initiatives.

·       Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess effectiveness of transformation efforts and ensure achievement of business outcomes.

·       Integrate external best practices and industry benchmarks into transformation strategies, positioning the organization as a leader in finance innovation.

·       Mentor and provide thought leadership to colleagues and project teams, supporting capability-building across global finance.

What are the requirements needed for this position? 

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, MIS, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or finance systems.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale, cross-border transformation programs with measurable business impact.
• Strong expertise in finance systems and tools (e.g., Oracle Cloud, OFSAA, Blackline, Power BI, Alteryx).
• Demonstrated ability to influence and align senior stakeholders, communicate complex issues to non-technical audiences, and lead change management at scale.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and program management skills.

• Advanced degree (MBA, Master’s in Finance, MIS, or related field).
• Professional designation (CPA, CFA, or equivalent) strongly preferred.
• Experience managing external vendors and consulting partners.
• Demonstrated thought leadership in finance transformation, automation, or digital finance strategy.
