Summary: As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will lead business and technology outcomes for assigned program, project, or contracted service. You will leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. Your typical day will involve overseeing the progress of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve desired outcomes. You will also be responsible for managing stakeholder expectations and providing strategic guidance to drive successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Manage and oversee the progress of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve desired outcomes. - Manage stakeholder expectations and provide strategic guidance to drive successful project delivery. - Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery. - Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and presentations. - Ensure effective communication and coordination among project team members. - Monitor and control project scope, schedule, and budget. - Facilitate project meetings and workshops. - Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project progress. - Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices. - Mentor and coach junior project management professionals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Project Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Functional Test Planning. - Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools. - Excellent leadership and communication skills. - Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities. - Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies. - Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. - Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders. - Experience in change management and driving organizational transformation. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in Program Project Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
