The Company offers a job opportunity as Operational Risk Intern. The candidate will join the LOD2 Risk department (LOD2 Operational Risk) and will support the identification, assessment and mitigation of non-financial risks of the Company, with a particular focus on Operational risks.

Key Responsibilities

The resource will support the team on key activities, including:

• Contribute to analysing processes and activities to identify and assess risks and related controls.
• Contribute to update the Company’s Risk Profile (e.g. risk assessment, key risk indicators, project risks, incidents statistics, etc..)
• Support in preparing clear and effective reports for senior management and relevant committees.
• Support updates to the Risk Appetite, ERM framework, and related policies.

Candidate profile

The ideal candidate has:

• Master degree in Economics, Management, Finance or similar;
• Fluent in both written and spoken English;
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point);
• Proactive approach and strong collaborative skills;
• Teamwork abilities in a multicultural environment;
• Precision and attention to details;
• Strong communicational and interpersonal skills;
• Knowledge of IT Governance, Information Security and Business Continuity frameworks (e.g. ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 22301, NIST and CIS Framework, ITIL, DORA, etc.) would be considered a plus.
