This role blends hands-on operational leadership with strategic franchise partnership management. • <point>Manage regional legal, PR, and government relations matters in coordination with central teams.</point>

• <point>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.</point>
• <point>Fluent in English, plus Arabic speaking comes as a benefit.</point>
• <point>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.</point>
• <point>Experience in ride-hailing, mobility, or the broader tech/sharing economy.</point>
• <point>Background in franchise operations, consulting, or scaling businesses internationally.</point>
• <point>Familiarity with markets across MENA.</point>
