Commsee is Commbank’s unique, core assisted channel experience that supports our business in supporting the needs of our customers.  Today it supports ~30,000 users on over 90,000 daily sessions across all our business capabilities.

 

CommSee 2.0 is an exciting rewrite of this classic platform that will provide a reimagined assisted experience to allow our staff to be highly productive in best serving customers.  It will be the single pane of glass that allows CBA to deliver service excellence to all Australians.

As the Head of Product (Crew Lead) you will be responsible for the vision, product strategy and overall direction of the CommSee 2.0 product.
