ABOUT THE ROLE

The CHANEL Fashion Advisor embodies the Brand style and image, acting as an ambassador for CHANEL’s progressive vision of style and beauty. Responsible for conveying the allure of CHANEL’s Fashion creations to clients via the human interaction that is at the heart of CHANEL’s client experience. Fashion Advisor combines strong stylistic instincts with intuitive client sensitivity and a deep understanding of the history and vision of the House. Connecting with clients to create a unique and memorable experience forms the basis of solid and lasting relationships that engender Brand loyalty and trust, as both the Fashion Advisor and client journey together into the world of CHANEL, a journey that celebrates a shared passion for the products and history of the House.

You contribute to the Brand performance by representing the CHANEL allure, serving as an ambassador for the House’s progressive vision of style and communicating the House’s history, codes and savoir-faire to all clients.

You create a significant impact by:

Representing the human excellence of the Boutique Experience, taking clients on to a unique and memorable journey into the world of CHANEL:

• Being immaculately groomed and ready to welcome all clients warmly and with kindness, ready to offer to each of them a personalized journey
• Offering the ultimate client experience in an authentic and personalized manner
• Presenting and selling any line of products
• Systematically proposing the services made available by CHANEL (alteration, CHANEL&moi, etc)
• Identifying prospective clients and creating a bond with the aim of developing the client relationship in the future
• Having full knowledge of one's existing clientele, and building a special relationship with each client
• Developing a client database and build clients’ loyalty to prolong the CHANEL experience beyond the visit to the Boutique
• Being co-responsible for maintaining the Boutique’s appearance within the procedures set for tidying, VM and inventories
• Knowing and applying the Boutique procedures
• Collaborating with all of the Boutique teams to ensure all métiers work together to constantly elevate the client experience
• Taking charge of returns and After-Sales Services

Embodying the CHANEL allure as a brand ambassador, able to communicate the House’s aesthetic style and share a deep knowledge of the history and codes of CHANEL:

• Appealing to clients' dreams and desire for CHANEL, combining the art of storytelling with a solid knowledge of the Brand, its heritage, its modernity and its expertise
• Proposing a CHANEL-style allure to each client. Inciting the client's desire through additional and complementary sales
• Using and developing knowledge of the luxury field and fashion trends to advise clients

Being a core driver of business growth by directly contributing to company performance:

• Driving individual performance by being aware of personal objectives and forming action plans to reach them
• Being familiar with the stock to develop personal sales performance
• Reporting client feedback on the collections to managers
• During the buying process, proposing ideas based on client feedback on the collections to refine the boutique’s buying selection
• Embracing a learning journey with a blended approach, using digital, in-person and individual resources, driven by personal curiosity, to develop the ultimate level of expertise and embody the Chanel client relational promise

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

• You have at least 2 years of documented experience in retail or hospitality
• You show flexibility and adaptability to a challenging environment
• You like to work in team, and you show team spirit
• You are trustworthy with a high degree of integrity and ethics
• You are decisive and performance oriented
• You have a passion for client experience, luxury and beauty
• You speak Spanish and English
