Program Manager II - JLL

What this job involves:

The Program Manager II will oversee and lead key new business large size projects that support the growth of the Client. The Program Manager will oversee the strategic direction and coordination of a single or group of related projects to achieve larger organizational goals. Their duties include strategic planning, delegating tasks, coordinating efforts between project teams, and ensuring all projects align with the organization's business strategy. They focus on the big picture and long-term strategy, ensuring projects stay on schedule and budget to achieve overall company objective

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Comprehensive daily program management encompasses overseeing the entire program lifecycle from inception to completion, including strategic planning, progress monitoring, budget management when applicable, and proactive risk assessment with corrective action implementation to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Project coordination responsibilities involve managing complex inter-dependencies between multiple concurrent projects, optimizing resource allocation and utilization across initiatives, maintaining effective vendor communication channels, and ensuring all deliverables strategically align with overarching program objectives and client expectations.
  • Document and compliance management requires oversight of all main program documentation, ensuring JLL compliance requirements and contract documents remain current and accurate, while managing comprehensive project phases including strategy development, programming, design, scheduling, entitlements, bidding, procurement, permitting, execution, and final closeout procedures.
  • Communication and reporting duties include preparing detailed project updates with early risk identification and solution development, collaborating effectively with internal teams and stakeholders to meet strict time, budget, and quality standards, and facilitating productive project and supplier meetings with comprehensive coordination exercises.
  • Program coordination and planning activities encompass leading collaboration between clients, facilities personnel, and internal account teams while conducting cross-functional meetings with internal and external stakeholders, tracking meeting agenda items, escalating critical issues, managing vendor relationships, and integrating site-specific challenges across action plans.
  • Essential communication and interpersonal competencies include executive-level communication abilities for complex technical issues, demonstrated coaching and mentoring success for team development, cross-functional collaboration experience across organizational boundaries, conflict resolution skills for operational challenges, and adaptability to changing priorities and emergency situations.
  • Performance success is measured through timely and effective implementation of programs and strategic initiatives while maintaining strict adherence to all government client safety, security, and operational protocols, with comprehensive process documentation and playbook development ensuring consistent program delivery and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3-6 years of experience in project management or similar role

  • Experience managing multiple large projects

  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion

  • Strong leadership and communication skills for cross-functional team collaboration

Salary/ Comp:

105-135K

Estimated compensation for this position:

105,000.00 – 135,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
