As a Project Manager, you will support a variety of administrative research functions within the Radiology Research Core. In this role, you will assist in developing departmental projects, contribute to achieving operational objectives, and track and communicate project progress to ensure successful execution.

A caregiver in this role works days from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

After the new hire period, caregivers may work a hybrid schedule with up to three remote days per week.

A caregiver who excels in this role will:

  • Assist in the development and monitoring of department projects. 

  • Participate in achieving operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews. 

  • Participate in preparing and completing action plans, implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards, resolving problems, completing audits, identifying trends, determining system improvements and implementing change. 

  • Assist in meeting financial objectives by participating in developing forecasting requirements. 

  • Participate in preparing an annual budget and scheduling expenditures. 

  • Analyze variances and initiate corrective actions. 

  • Set and manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders. 

  • Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests. 

  • Explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. 

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

  • Associate’s Degree and one year of experience coordinating projects 

  • OR High School Diploma/GED and three years of experience

  • OR Bachelor’s Degree 

  • Effective relationship building skills 

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:  

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field 

  • Project Management (PMP) Certification 

  • Finance interest or background

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods

  • Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment

  • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information

  • Ability to travel throughout the hospital system

  • Must have own transportation to travel to multiple sites.
