What you’ll own

• Lead, manage and develop a team of 6 Relationship Managers.
• Use of a framework to measure and drive KPI’s to set and review team objectives in line with ECM targets.
• Use Salesforce MI to regularly review individual and team performance ensuring development plans are in place that maximise performance
• Deliver effective coaching and development to ensure continuous improvements to performance
• Create a positive working environment.
• Ensure team compliance and adherence to group policy, FSA legislation and regulatory reading
• Support with recruitment and training when required
• Maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for service improvement
• Support customer visits and act as escalation point
