Silvus is seeking a Director of Sales Enablement who will be responsible for optimizing the efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment of the International Sales organization. This role manages Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) and drives sales processes, partner coordination, CRM workflow management, and cross-functional enablement initiatives to ensure the sales team can execute at the highest level.
The Director of Sales Enablement will work closely with the Senior Director of International Sales and Business Development, Territory Sales Directors, Sales Engineers, Support team, Marketing, and Operations to ensure seamless customer engagement, pipeline management, and execution of strategic sales initiatives. This position blends strategic planning, operational execution, team support, and process optimization to enable revenue growth and operational excellence across all international markets.
This position reports to the Senior Director of International Sales and is a 100% remote position. Candidates must be based in Europe to be eligible for remote work.

Completion of secondary education (GCSEs or equivalent national qualification; high school diploma or GED) plus minimum 5 years of relevant sales, operations, or business development experience in a technology-related field.
Proven track record in sales enablement, inside sales management, or sales operations.
Experience in military, defense, or public safety sales environments.
Excellent communication, process design, and organizational skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
Supervisory Responsibilities - Direct to include a team of Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs)
Travel Requirement - up to 25% travel for customer engagements, trade shows, and team coordination.
Must be based in Europe.
All employment is contingent upon the successful clearance of a background check.
PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, communications, or a related field.
Understanding of MANET ecosystems, competitive landscape, and customer mission needs.
Experience with CRM administration (Zoho CRM preferred).
Previous program or event management experience in complex sales environments.
WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Trade shows.
Outdoor environment for occasional field demonstrations.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to do the following:
Lift equipment up to 20lbs. for the set-up of demonstrations and testing.
Extended periods of sitting.
