What would you do? Responsible to assign, conduct and monitor training activities for new joiners and existing team members on the internal and external SOPs, SWIs and client policies as required.
What are we looking for? Educational and Experience Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or healthcare. • Technology skills: experience with MS office, knowledge of safety database • Good knowledge of medical terminology including knowledge of applicable dictionaries like MedDRA and WHO-Drug preferred. • Good medical writing skills • Good Communication Skills • Strong English Language proficiency (Reading, Writing, Listening and Speaking).
Roles and Responsibilities: • Adequate training to be provided to the associates on the SOPs, SWIs and client policies as required. • Responsible to create and share required training materials to the team. • Serve as a point of contact between the Accenture and client for all training related issues. • Be updated on all new/changes related to process/conventions/guidelines and ensure the team members are updated on the same. • Assist leads to plan, organize, and manage daily work to meet service level timelines and deliverables. • Create training plans for new joiners and cross trained FTEs as per the client approved training plan. • Responsible to conduct assessments on the trainings or relevant SOPs if needed. • Ensure all the trainings are conducted in accordance with the client requirements and responsible for documentation and coordination of all trainings. • Ensure all the trainings are documented and all training files are updated regularly in line with contractual compliance. • Identify, support, implement and innovate on the continuous improvement on knowledge sharing activities. • Evaluate the team’s performance in terms of productivity, quality and other activities and implement steps to improve performance. • Perform daily responsibilities in accordance with all applicable Standards Operating Procedures (SOPs), conventions. • Ensure compliance with Business policy and contractual requirements of Accenture. • Escalate issues or tasks outside the normal scope of work. • To request relevant access, tool, databases, Software Applications etc. as applicable • To provide relevant approval as per SOP/SWI • Assist in audit and inspections. • Ensure all relevant training documents (slides and minutes) are archived in the respective folders. • Contribute and review applicable documents
