The Integration & Synergies team plays a key role in unlocking value across eBay’s growing portfolio of businesses. By combining eBay’s scale, platform capabilities, and services with the strengths of acquired businesses, the team delivers meaningful value creation while preserving each brand’s outstanding identity.
Reporting to the Director, BU Integration Lead, the Senior Manager, Integration & Synergies will lead the advancement of improvement projects throughout acquired organisations. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and platform enablement, translating business objectives into scalable solutions that drive measurable impact across the eBay portfolio.
Lead the end-to-end delivery of value-creation initiatives across acquired businesses, with a focus on demand generation, shipping, payments, advertising, compliance, and other customer-facing services.
Develop and implement roadmaps that unlock commercial and operational value while supporting long-term scalability across the eBay portfolio.
Partner with business operations teams to ensure integration priorities remain on track and aligned with broader C2C business objectives.
Collaborate with service owners and cross-functional teams to define business requirements and deploy capabilities that balance business autonomy with eBay platform standards.
Identify and overcome execution challenges by developing practical, adaptable solutions that accelerate delivery and value realisation.
Drive achievement of financial targets and operational performance metrics associated with value-creation initiatives.
Build positive relationships across diverse collaborator groups, influencing decisions and aligning teams to deliver shared outcomes.
7–10+ years of experience in product integration, value capture, platform commercialization, or related fields, including significant experience within a top-tier management consulting environment.
Demonstrated expertise in at least two of the following areas: cross-platform demand generation, marketplace shipping, payments, advertising, trust, or compliance.
Strong ownership approach with a track record of driving initiatives from concept through execution and delivering measurable business outcomes.
Ability to structure complex problems, develop clear frameworks, and use data to inform decisions and trade-offs in fast-paced environments.
Experience designing or enabling scalable platform capabilities, including modular or “as-a-service” approaches to business solutions.
Proven ability to collaborate across functions and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
Availability to work within EU time zones and travel regularly to London for in-person collaboration.
