Job Summary
• Change Order Opportunity Consultants (CO OC) are the financial representative partnering with delivery on changes to existing contractual agreements that achieves HP business goals and customer expectations while ensuring profit and loss (P&L) accuracy and risk mitigation for HP Inc.
Responsibilities
• The CO OC's are responsible for end to end financial advice, consulting, and pricing in the HP Print Services and Solutions business.
• Assisting delivery teams to develop and implement creative solutions to meet customer needs and achieve HP’s financial goals to grow a profitable Managed Services business.
• Develop and enhance the tools, portfolio, and processes that enable automation, improve accuracy and pricing efficiency through our commitment to operational excellence, people development, and innovation.
• Leads, coordinates, and conducts pricing strategy to effectively balance business needs: pricing attractively for customers while maximizing profitability.
• Work with teammates, pursuit, delivery, and sales to influence services and solutions to ensure consistent pricing and costing approaches to difficult and complex estimating problems.
• Maintain effective controls, policy compliance, risk assessment, accurate deal P&L, and pricing analysis to communicate and document pricing for management approvals.
• Responsible for pricing documentation used for proposal response.
• Build trust and confidence with teammates and pursuit, delivery, and sales partners.
• Improve efficiency through mentorship, training, tools, and process enhancements.
Education & Experience Recommended
Bachelor`s degree.
Finance experience.
Work independently in an ambiguous, dynamic environment.
Drive to effective solutions with creativity and smart risk-taking with a customer-centric attitude.
Personal accountability for high-quality work during high peak workloads, short deadlines, and significant pressure.
Analyze and evaluate complex business cases and navigate through conflicting data.
Solve complex problems that involve conflicting priorities.
Strong communication skills and business acumen to negotiate and influence reviewers.

Detail-oriented, diplomatic team player with a proactive results orientation.
Work experience in the IT Services industry.
Experience with back-office and billing systems, database management, and Microsoft Office programs.
Organizational Skills.
Proven project management skills and leadership capabilities.
