How you will contribute
Working with a cross functional team, you will determine the priorities to enable consumer-centric brand portfolio growth.
You will develop annual plans, setting objectives and allocating resources.
Make recommendations for integrated commercial plans.
Execute category marketing plans that deliver on revenue and profit forecasts, sharing objectives and monitoring performance - delivering results over the AC and SP horizon.
Based on your deep consumer insights and brand positioning, you will develop and implement integrated marketing communications and 360-degree campaigns.
Contribute to building a winning growth team culture by deepening own capability and inspiring colleagues to do the same.
What you will bring
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career, and the following experience and knowledge:
Previous marketing experience in a Senior Brand or Marketing Manager role within FMCG.
Openness to learn and grow, with a demonstrated ability to execute in a large and complex organization.
Managing business objectives beyond brand and budget.
Analytics and creativity - a balance of commercial and strategic acumen.
Markets with diverse economic environments a distinct advantage.
Project management skills - understanding of process, timelines, business case, ability to work cross-functionally.
Tertiary qualification in marketing / commerce economics / business.
