Job Description:

An opportunity for Wellness Project Manager has arisen in Getafe (Madrid).

The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, coordinating, and implementing an organizational well‑being management plan focused on psychosocial risks within the Supply & Logistics department of Airbus Commercial at the Getafe Plant. The role aims to promote a healthy and sustainable work environment aligned with the organizational strategy. The selected person will support leaders and teams in identifying risk factors, defining an action plan, and monitoring its implementation.

Main Responsibilities

In this role, the person will be responsible for:

  • Conducting a psychosocial risk and well‑being assessment for the department (qualitative and quantitative analysis).
  • Facilitating individual interviews, focus groups, and active‑listening sessions.
  • Analyzing results from internal surveys (engagement, climate, absenteeism, etc.).
  • Designing a structured action plan with preventive and corrective measures.
  • Supporting managers in team management from a healthy leadership approach.
  • Delivering workshops or training sessions on well‑being, stress management, and communication.
  • Establishing monitoring indicators and evaluating impact.
  • Preparing executive reports for Management and HR.
  • Ensuring confidentiality and ethical handling of information.

Education

  • University degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Labor Relations, or a related field.
  • Specific training in Coaching (accredited certification).
  • Additional training in psychosocial risks, Occupational Health & Safety, or organizational well‑being is a plus.

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an organizational coach or consultant in organizational development.
  • Proven experience in psychosocial risk or workplace climate projects.
  • Experience working with teams and middle management.
