Who we are looking for

As a Business Analyst – Performance & Reporting, you will play a key role to do the handover between investment managers and development teams, driving reporting enhancements and ensuring seamless project execution. You will contribute to a wide range of projects including data management, performance calculation, risk analytics and client reporting.

We are looking for professionals with deep expertise in client reporting (fund factsheet), investment analytics, financial products, and project management. Your ability to navigate and implement reporting enhancement in response to evolving market conditions, regulatory changes, and client requirements will be crucial.

You will facilitate communication between stakeholders, encourage cooperation, and implement solutions to enhance reporting. Your analytical skills and independence will help validate projects according to industry standards and ensure they align with operating models. You will champion innovative approaches to enhance our reporting functionalities.

This role can be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home and office to match your needs and role requirements.

What you will be responsible for

As Business Analyst – Performance & Reporting, you will ·

  • Bridge the gap between investment managers and development teams.

  • Manage and update client reporting and factsheets.

  • Validate projects accordance to framework. ·

  • Act as an expert in performance analysis, client reporting, and data processing. · Ensure solutions are consistent with operating models.

  • Support innovation in reporting functionalities.

  • Technical Skills: Excel, VBA, SQL; Power BI is beneficial.

  • Certification : CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, PMP, Prince2

  • Soft Skills: analytical skills, organization, autonomy, teamwork, stakeholder management.

  • Languages: Fluent in French and English (C1).

Education & Preferred Qualifications ·

  • Experience: 2–5 years in a similar role within an asset servicing firm, asset management company, or consulting firm. ·

  • Education: Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Finance, Business, or a related field.
