What would you do? 1) The Voice Process Associate will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer support through inbound/outbound calls. The role involves assisting customers with account access, website navigation, and basic service requests, ensuring a seamless and positive experience on the My Benefits platform.
What are we looking for? Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills. Customer-centric approach with strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Empathy and patience when handling customer concerns. Ability to manage high-volume calls professionally. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs). Team-oriented with a proactive attitude. Basic technical proficiency to guide customers through website features. Experience in a voice process or customer service environment (preferred).
Roles and Responsibilities: Assist customers with first-time registration. Handle password reset requests securely and efficiently. Guide customers in changing their security questions and answers. Provide step-by-step support for filing claims online. Assist customers in uploading documents on the website accurately and securely. Offer guidance on the overall navigation of the portal, ensuring customers can easily access relevant services and information.
