Essential Responsibilities:
- Partner with business, functional, and technology leaders to define project requirements and strategic objectives.
- Develop and align long-term, multi-phase project strategies to achieve desired business outcomes.
- Establish project governance, execution methodologies, and project management standards across programs.
- Build and lead cross-functional project teams, balancing budget, scope, resources, and timelines.
- Oversee the execution of multiple interconnected projects, coordinating global teams and resolving risks, dependencies, and roadblocks.
- Manage stakeholder communications, executive reporting, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and expectations.
- Monitor project performance, budgets, benefits realization, customer satisfaction, and capture lessons learned for continuous improvement.
Required Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree with significant experience leading complex programs, projects, or business transformation initiatives.
- Proven success delivering measurable business value through structured project management methodologies and organizational change leadership.
- Strong financial management expertise, including budget planning, forecasting, spend tracking, and financial oversight.
- Deep knowledge of project, program, and portfolio management frameworks, with experience establishing governance and standardized practices across large organizations.
- Exceptional leadership, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams and drive results without direct authority.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building abilities, effectively engaging stakeholders at all levels, including executives, global teams, and customers.
- Self-motivated global team player with a passion for emerging technologies, coaching and mentoring others, and holding PMP, ScrumMaster, or other relevant project management certifications.
- Advanced English Knowledge.
