How will you contribute to our magical experience?: 

The Analyst, Talent Connection will support the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple lines of business, partnering closely with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and other HR stakeholders to attract and hire top talent.

This role will help drive recruitment processes across a variety of roles and levels while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. The Analyst will also maintain visibility into recruiting pipelines and leverage recruiting data and metrics to help track hiring progress, identify opportunities, and support informed decision-making.

This position requires a collaborative and highly organized professional with strong interpersonal and communication skills, a curious and analytical mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

The Analyst, Talent Connection will be responsible for:

• Supporting the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple business lines and job levels.
• Partnering with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and other HR stakeholders to support hiring needs.
• Promoting and supporting internal mobility initiatives, helping employees grow and explore new opportunities within the organization.
• Managing candidate pipelines and ensuring recruitment processes move forward efficiently.
• Tracking recruiting pipelines and key metrics to ensure hiring activity stays on track.
• Using recruiting data and insights to help monitor hiring progress and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Maintaining accurate records throughout the recruitment process.
• Supporting Talent Connection team projects and initiatives when needed.

What we need from you to be part of this story:

• 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR-related functions.
• Proven ability to build strong partnerships with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruiting metrics and support data-informed decisions.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Advanced level of English.
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or recruiting platforms is a plus.
