This includes targeting right audience though campaigns, distributing content via channel marketing, conducting thorough analysis of campaign launches and budgets, and also ensuring the compliance via surveillance and governance all to maximize results and maintain a competitive edge. Role Summary/Purpose: 

The selected candidate will be part of Performance Marketing Organization rolling up to Synchrony, India, Hyderabad. He/She will be aligned with the Channel Marketing team India to take care of email building, testing, and auditing marketing/servicing campaigns with proper documentation and the highest level of accuracy. This position would require expertise in email campaign execution through ESP, auditing a wide variety of email marketing campaigns, ensuring designs and layouts of emails are optimized, proficiency in email automation, managing campaigns in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment, and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Work within a designated email platform to build, test, and audit the email marketing/servicing campaigns, ensuring creative and file selections are accurate. 

• Perform complex creative and data auditing and testing to ensure campaign accuracy 

• Maintain a project tracker to reflect the status of all the projects and completion dates. 

• Maintain a good communication rhythm with stakeholders on projects. 

• Strong adherence to SLA's on timelines, accuracy & Compliance. 

• Record all approvals and final documents within the campaign management system. 

Required Skills/Knowledge: 

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or MBA in marketing/Digital marketing or in lieu of a degree, 2 years of experience in deploying Email marketing campaigns.  

• Minimum 0-2 years of Direct Marketing (Email, Direct Mail, SMS, Mobile push/wallet campaigns) Channel experience.  

• Exposure to building, testing, and auditing commercial emails or end to end email marketing campaign execution. 

• Minimum 0-2 years of experience working with US stakeholders/ Offshore Clients 

• Exposure to any enterprise ESP (email service platform) i.e, Zeta Marketing Platform, SFMC, MailChimp etc.  

• Exposure to project management tools: COSMOS Workfront (or) MRM (or) Jira (or) ProofHub etc 

• Proficient with MS Office suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Strong project management skills and attention to detail.

• Strong written & verbal communication skills.

• Good team player.

Desired Skills/Knowledge

• Understanding of US credit card or retail business 

• Exposure to Marketing and retail concepts 

• Exposure to Marketing databases 

• Proven ability in delivering and reviewing projects with clients and peers. 

• Exposure to review past campaign insights to optimize future campaigns  

• Exposure to Digital platforms 

Eligibility Criteria: 

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or MBA in marketing/Digital marketing or in lieu of a degree, 2 years of experience in building and deploying Email marketing campaigns.
