As a Technical Consultant for our Cranial & Spinal Technologies (CST) team, you will have a direct impact on advancing patient care through Medtronic’s technologies and therapies.

For this remote position, the working territory will be mainly center and north of Portugal.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Efficiently organize and schedule surgeries using internal tools.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of all products to ensure accurate surgical support and proper booking
  • Sale skills to train surgeons and nurses on the use of Medtronic medical devices.
  • Provide support during congresses, training courses and other events.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing or Business Administration.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Fluent Portuguese and English
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team player, problem solving and results driven attitude.

Experience in the medical device industry, including a hospital operating room environment is highly valued.
