We are seeking an experienced and technically proficient Sr. Program Manager to lead Software Supplier Management and enterprise-level process development initiatives. This role is pivotal in driving excellence across processes, software, and supplier component portfolios, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, compliance standards, and delivery timelines.
You will manage Supplier Qualification and Monitoring, focusing on building and maintaining a robust supplier management program and continuous monitoring that meet industry- and sector-specific requirements. As part of the Corporate Quality Management Systems and Operations team, you will also support enterprise-level quality operations and processes supporting new product development, systemic improvements, and customer responsiveness.
This high-impact role is responsible for driving standardization, capability development, and governance alignment with clear ties to corporate business objectives.

This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
