Job Title: Medical Biller

Shift : Night (6pm to 3am - Remote / Back Office)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate and timely charge entry in the billing system
• Verify patient insurance eligibility prior to claim submission
• Enter and update patient demographics with attention to detail
• Review and resolve payer rejections
• Collaborate with internal teams as needed to ensure billing accuracy
• Adhere to HIPAA and company privacy policies

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in medical billing, especially charge entry and denial management
• Strong knowledge of insurance verification processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote back-office environment
• Familiarity with Kareo (Tebra), eClinicalWorks (ECW), or DocTor.com is a plus
• Willingness to work during night shift hours
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
