We are seeking a strategic and results-driven VP, Head of Marketing Operations to join our global Brand and Marketing team. This pivotal role will lead the operational backbone of the function and act as a catalyst for speed, scale, and impact across marketing. You will ensure all marketing efforts are efficient, compliant, aligned with business goals to deliver measurable impact. The successful candidate will drive operational excellence, enhance productivity across systems and processes, and provide strategic oversight across governance, budgets, and talent. Ultimately, you will help us deliver the best quality content at speed to the right audiences to help us drive business impact and sales.
This leader will be responsible for driving operational excellence, simplifying and modernizing systems and workflows that bring enhanced productivity across the entire marketing lifecycle—from planning to execution. You will help us bring quality content to market faster, reach more people, and ultimately support business growth. The Head of Marketing Operations will also serve as a key connector across teams— especially with technology partners—to help align on AI and marketing tech usage, ensure coordination across business units, and avoid duplication. This is a unique opportunity to shape a modern, global marketing function within a purpose-led, performance-driven organisation.
