- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Continuously evaluate and improve software development processes to enhance productivity and product quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP TM Transportation Management, SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Strong knowledge of transportation management processes and their integration within enterprise systems.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable software components using modern development frameworks.
- Ability to work with agile methodologies to deliver iterative and incremental software solutions.
- Familiarity with performance optimization techniques and debugging complex software issues.
- Competence in collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP TM Transportation Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
