Main Purpose:
As the initial point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees entering the office, you will be responsible for creating a positive first impression while providing prompt assistance and information as needed. Additionally, you will handle minor administrative tasks to support office operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to visitors and employees by greeting them warmly, answering inquiries, and assisting with their needs.
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable, including arranging seating, magazines, and promotional materials.
- Always maintain a professional appearance and polite demeanour.
- Offer hospitality services such as arranging refreshments for visitors, providing directions or recommendations, and accommodating special requests.
- Assist with grocery shopping and canteen restock.
- Assist with other minor administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, invoice processing, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings, coordinating with staff members to ensure efficient use of space and resources.
- Monitor access to the office premises and enforcing security protocols to safeguard the workplace.
- Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.

Typical Experience / Knowledge
- Fluent in English. Dutch is a plus
- 3rd language would be an asset.
- Experience in hospitality.
- Microsoft package: Outlook, Word, Excel.
