Summary:
As a Technology Architect, a typical day involves designing and delivering comprehensive technology architecture tailored for platforms, products, or client engagements. This role requires defining robust solutions that address critical aspects such as performance optimization, capability enhancement, and scalability to support evolving business needs. The position demands a strategic approach to ensure that architectural frameworks align with organizational goals and technical requirements, fostering innovation and efficiency throughout the development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead architectural reviews and ensure alignment with enterprise standards and best practices.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure clarity and shared understanding.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
- Strong knowledge of IT service management principles and practices related to configuration management.
- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable architecture solutions within complex technology environments.
- Ability to analyze system performance and recommend improvements to meet business objectives.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect CMDB with other enterprise systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and innovative solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
