Pay Range

$59.00 - $88.50

Essential Functions

  • Develops a long range operational plan relative to services, programs, capital and human resource planning.
  • Develops an annual capital equipment and replacement plan. Recommends equipment modification, new equipment, and necessary renovations and construction projects. Develops the annual operational and capital equipment budget.
  • Collects, generates, analyzes, and distributes various reports, documents, and statistical data as required.
  • Follows up on error correction and establishes corrective action to address identified problems with patients, physicians, and employees.
  • Approves various departmental purchases, product evaluations, space and equipment utilization as determined by hospital policy.
  • Evaluates all divisions' quality of services and patient/employee safety using various monitors to rate performance. Makes various recommendations for quality improvements,
  • Maintains proper liaison between hospital administration, medical staff, employees, and contractual groups.
  • Contributes to the need to alter existing services or create new services based upon observed or marketing trends and surveys.

Physical Requirements
Works in a busy environment around physicians, technologists, radiologists and other hospital employees. Works in an analytical, physical and managerial environment. Strenuous physical effort may be required while assisting patients from wheelchairs, stretchers, etc. Each employee has the responsibility to work in a safe manner.



Education, Experience and Certifications

High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's Degree in Business or Health Care Administration required, or equivalent experience required. Minimum of 5 years experience required; ARRT preferred. AHRA membership preferred.
