What you will do

The COE Operational Analyst is responsible for supporting operations across multiple plants and entities within the Building Management Security (BMS) business units, ensuring compliance and process efficiency in a matrix environment. This role involves consolidating and analyzing financial and operational data from multiple entities for monthly, quarterly, and annual reports across the BMS business units: Controls, Intrusion, ACVS, and FD (Matamoros). You will monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identify trends, and address variances, support budgeting and forecasting processes with accurate data, and provide actionable insights. Additionally, you will partner with various departments to align operations with business objectives, assist in implementing automation tools, and identify financial and operational risks.

How you will do it

  • Consolidate and analyze operational and financial data for reports.

  • Monitor KPIs to identify trends and variances.

  • Support budgeting and forecasting with accurate data.

  • Ensure timely processing of transactions.

  • Collaborate with Procurement, Supply Chain, and Finance for operational alignment.

  • Assist in process improvements and automation initiatives.

  • Provide recommendations to leadership based on data analysis.

  • Develop dashboards for operational visibility.

  • Act as a liaison between corporate finance and regional teams.

What we look for

Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field of study

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in financial and operational data analysis

  • Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders

  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and process optimization

  • Knowledge of compliance standards and risk management

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and Microsoft Excel

  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work in a matrix environment

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $90,000-105,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data).
