Project Role : Quality Engineer
Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineer, a typical day involves collaborating with a diverse team to design and implement comprehensive testing strategies that ensure the seamless integration and functionality of full stack solutions. The role includes continuous evaluation of security measures, application programming interfaces, and regression tests to maintain high standards throughout the application lifecycle. The Quality Engineer actively contributes to automation efforts by developing scripts and managing data and environment configurations. Regular participation in code reviews and defect monitoring supports ongoing enhancements and quality assurance across projects, fostering a culture of excellence and reliability.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of testing activities with project goals and timelines.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation of testing processes and outcomes to support transparency and knowledge sharing.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their understanding of testing methodologies and tools.
- Continuously evaluate and improve testing frameworks to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Engage in proactive risk identification and mitigation to minimize potential issues during the development cycle.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Testing, Functional Test Planning, Salesforce CG Cloud Trade Promotion Management Functional.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce CG Cloud Retail Execution Functional.
- Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and scripting languages relevant to Salesforce environments.
- Experience in designing and executing comprehensive test plans including functional, regression, and integration testing.
- Ability to analyze complex system interactions and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to support automated testing processes.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Testing.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
